The customer agrees to be bound by this sales agreement & accepts its Terms & Conditions. This sales agreement is a legal contract between the customer and Plus360™. The customer accepts this sales agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the site. The terms and condition of this Sales Agreement are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order and this sale agreement or any terms and condition on our invoice, you agree that the provisions of this site Agreement and our invoice shall control.

In order to access our services, we require all customers to register an account with us on https://plus360mobile.com/. Once you are a registered member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account ID and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree implicitly to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password upon account activation.
We at Plus360™ reserve the right to cancel a customer’s accounts at any time with or without notice. Providing false or invalid account information may result in the termination of your account.
Any Products or information displayed on this Website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy any Products advertised on the Website.
Plus360™ reserves its rights to accept or refuse any order without a reason being presented.
Placing an order does not confirm that the order is accepted. Orders are not binding upon Plus360™ until accepted and confirmed by Plus360™. Once an order has been placed and accepted by Plus360™, the order is not cancellable.
Pricing & Information
All pricing are subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Plus360™ reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer’s price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. Plus360™ uses its best efforts to put accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but Plus360™ makes no warranties or representations as to the site’s accuracy. Plus360™ assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the site. Prices, stocks and promotional offers may not be similar between our website and shop.
Delivery charges are not included in the price of the products listed and are extra. The charge will depend on where the products are being shipped to, shipping method selected and value of the order.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Plus360™ the recipient is the importer of goods and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The destination country might subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levy orders shipped to countries outside of Hong Kong. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimated times.
Returns & Exchange Policy
It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason this is not the case, we are happy to exchange or refund items purchased as per the conditions below.
Customers must check the product upon delivery. If necessary, you can return the product within 14 days after you sign off the delivery by sending an email to email@example.com (Working hour: Mon – Fri 10:00 – 18:00) along with a photo of the defective part of the product, tag on the package, order number and product code. Any request of return or refund over 14 days will be declined.
Please note that the returned item(s) must be return new and unused in their original conditions, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging. This service will not cover products being returned with evidence of negligence, product tampering or staining. For Mobile handsets & Tablets, we reserve all rights of judgment on replacement against defective device that is unable to be powered on or unable to display IMEI number on the screen. Only identical product in model and colour will be provided for replacement. Also any product along with a free gift must be returned in its entirety. For the exchange request that is out of stock, we will proceed to refund you via the original payment as default.
Plus360™ reserves the right not to take back, exchange or refund any Product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged original packaging and / or parts or accessories have been Lost or damaged.
Please note that customers are required to bear the cost of returning the item and Plus360™ will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.
*Returned products will only be processed when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and returned within the valid return period. An RMA is required for all returns. To obtain the RMA authorization, please report a fault.
Plus360™ will endeavour to ensure that the product descriptions, images, and colours on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that displayed product descriptions, images, and colours are accurate, complete, current or error-free.
All users of this site agree that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold us, Plus360™, harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against us, our agents, our customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any services provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by us, Plus360™, our agents, employees or assigns. User of this site agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Plus360™ against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with us;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) any copyright infringement;
(4) any defective products sold to customers from our, Plus360™, servers.
We, Plus360™, shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by our employees and us.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement
We, Plus360™, may disclose any user information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the user upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
