Useful Reference

  • Activation of your iPhone

    Turn on your device > Select your language and country or region > Choose Wifi network > Decide on location service

    Set up Touch ID and create a passcode > Restore or transfer your information and data (If you have an iCould or iTunes backup) > Sign in with your Apple ID and set up iCloud Drive

    Set up Siri > Choose settings for app analytics and display resolution

  • Downloading applications

    The first thing you need to do is find the applications or games you want to add to your collection.

    App Store app > Tap the Search icon at the bottom of the screen > Enter the app name that you are looking for

    Tap on “Get” and then “Install”> Enter your password> Your application will now be downloading


  • Troubleshooting an iPhone that won’t turn on

    Plug in your device and let it charge for up to one hour.

    After a few minutes, you should see the charging screen. If you don’t see the charging screen within an hour, you might want to try a different USB cable or power adapter.

  • Restore your device to factory settings

    1.If you can’t access a computer and your device still works, please follow below step:

    On your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Reset. Then tap Erase All Content and Settings.

    2. If your device don’t work, please follow below step:

    Connect your iPhone to your computer with the cable > Click Restore in summary panel > Click Restore again to confirm >  iTunes will erases your device


  • Remove an iOS device on which you can’t turn off Find My iPhone

    If you can’t turn off Find My iPhone on the device, then remove it from Find My iPhone on

    Navigate to > Login to your iCloud account >Find my phone > Click All my devices then select the device > Erase iPhone > Enter iCloud username & password

    All your content is erased, and someone else can now activate the device.

  • Remove ‘Find My Phone’ feature via wifi

    Connect your product to a Wifi network > Settings > iCloud > Find my phone > Tap to turn off Find My iPhone > Enter Apple ID password then click turn off


  • Remove your password

    in Settings > Touch ID & Passcode > Enter Password > Turn Passcode off > Turn Off
